[Resolved] Samsung — A80 mobile phone display failure | |||
I have purchased samsung a80 mobile on 24.10.2019 in coimbatore, tamilnadu (Refer attached invoice copy) Now mobile display got failure on 11.08.2020 and shown & handed over to service center on 12.08.2020. They told display will be replace through manufacture warranty. (Refer attached service request copy) service request bill no : [protected] dated : 12.08.2020 But they didn't provide commitment date correction of above said problem. Right now i dont have phone because of this issue and all the official / banking etc.. Work is being held up due to mobile non availability. I am totally disappointed because of mobile failure within 1 year of period. I using samsung mobile past 5 years, i didn't face such kind of issue sofar.
