Samsung — A/C Installation Charges & related expenses

I bought a SAMSUNG 1 TON SPLIT A/C Model No AR12JC5JAMVNNA from Mumbai on 23rd August, 2015 when the offer of free installation was still running. Then no clause of installing within 15 days of purchase was intimated to me by the Vendor. Now the A/C has been installed in Kolkata on 20th August, 2015 and an installation charge of Rs. 1124 had to be paid due to the lack of communication during purchase. Also a cable length of 19 ft was used to connect the outdoor A/C unit to the indoor power source where a standard cable of 7-8 ft is normally used. The charge for the cable was invoiced at Rs. 855 whereas the standard cost towards the cable is only Rs. 350. I attach the invoice from the company as proof of my complaint.
