Hello, I am having to regret to buy Samsung AC for my parents, which I just bought about last month. In such short time there have been multiple issues due to bad installation etc.
But now their is some problem where the AC turns off automatically and doesn;t cool the room for which I complained on 6th June, The engineers from Nangloi service center came on 8th June and said they will need some parts which will take some time to ship.

These both are from Nangloi Service center and are not fit for helping me in my situation, they said that the parts will arrive in 3 days and told me to wait till 11 June. TODAY they are saying that parts MAY arrive by 15 June.
I am really not happy with how things are working, I just know that my NEW AC is not able to serve my parents, and that is all because of Samsung TEAM.
Kindly make sure that I am communicated proper resolution time.
