Samsung — air conditioner

We bought a samsung inverter ac in sept 2019. It was re installed to a new location in the same room in feb 2020.
Since the beginning of summer we have been facing cooling problems nd auto cut off problems with this ac.
Complaint nos as follows have been filed:
[protected] dated 24/7/20
[protected] dated 12/8/20
[protected] dated 25/8/20
An email has also been sent to the ceo of samsung on 25/8/20
Through this complaint we wish for samsung to take note and remedy the problem
