Hello, I purchased samsung a/c 1.5 ton ar18mv5hets on mar 29 2017. Till now no engineer from samsung to install my product. I called samsung help line[protected] regarding the installation of my product. The customer care people are not responding properly. My complaint no is [protected]. I even kept a mail to the executive engineer. Still no response from them. Is this the kind of service you will be providing to the customer. I will file a case in consumer court.
