I booked a service with Samsung India today the 16th April'2021at 9:30 am.. I was told that the service Engineer will visit between 12-3 pm.. I even reminded the Local service job distribution person & specified that my Window AC for service.. Although since the Window AC specification was given at the time of ONLINE booking but still I told every one who contacted my over phone... At 3:00 pm a service engineer reported with no helper saying that i have been sent for Split AC service...After that I rang up the Samsung online booking centre as well as the Lucknow service Hub..They promised to depute another person and update me the status... No one called me back since then...Today I took leave from office for this job...WHAT IS THIS ????
