Dear samsung, You win, we loose. Anything in the world can be resolved within six month, or the stipulated time. even cancer can! I had registered the complaint in january, but today dated 18.07.2016, the plasma is in same condition. From january to march 3-4 engineers visited with there different opinion about the problems, but at last the centre asked me to bring it to the service station, and i did that. i have enquired en numbers of time, about the case and received no solution. Till date i have n't received a single call from there side, still i'm calling for the response. Thanks samsung. nothing much to say... ear touched for any products.
