Samsung Appliance — 64" plasma TV | |
i purchased a samsung plasma 64" tv with 5 years extended warranty. it was already broken 3 times in one year. first the mother board was replaced. then the screen that got multi color vertical lines on it, the screen got replaced and after few months the same thing happened and the tv screen was also replaced with another broken screen. i was refered to different case managers and being passed on from one case manager to another that nobody seems to wanting to help me. they are ignoring my case. i have been spending a lot of airtime trying to talk to the service managers and all i got are empty promises that the case will be expedited and resolved. it's been almost 2 months now and im still waiting for my case resolution. my reference is [protected]. i hope by posting this online some form of action will be made. refering me to the same persons handling my case will not help because they will just ignore it again. i tried many many times already and im tired dealing with them. they are not worth my time anymore. i hope somebody from samsung have the guts to resolve this simple issue. im not a happy customer. thanks Was this information helpful? | |
