Dear sir / madam,
This is with regards to the inferior quality of samsung air conditioner sold to us 1 years back. Despite of your engineer coming and checking the ac on 22/06/2018 but there is no solution to my problem. Last 10 days my ac is not working but nobody can contact and resolve the problem. I will call so many times even every day to customer care but they also not co operate regarding this. The engineer take advance money to change a parts of my ac on 23/06/2018. After that no one can communicate regarding this. Even i will request to visit a senior engineer that also they rejected. For last 10 days my ac not working on that type of hottest weather and nobody can take this matter seriously. From that day till today we are totally unsatisfied and helpless.
It's now a high time when we have referred our problems and once again we request your good selves to look into this serious problem and provide a permanent solution. Payment copy also attached.
