Samsung — Audio not working | |||
Dear Sir, I have ordered Samsung 40j5100 led TV with one year warranty. The problem is audio is not working. I called customer support, they are asking 5400+ 13℅tax. I don't understand why eBay is selling products with warranty? I got the parcel on 28-aug-2015 (just two days back). It is not working from first day itself. Why eBay is sending such defected items?
