Samsung — Both phones were having problems | |||
Samsung M30 Purchased in december, 2019 and samsung M31, purchased in August 2020. Both the phone were having problems. Service center is accusing us that we have dropped it in the water. They are showing negetive attitude towards us. Every time we have gone to their service centre, they are fighting and insisting in paying money. Both the phones are in guarantee period. After their regional service head we paid. But still phones are not working. Now they refused to fix it and asking for money again. A company cheating consumers in day light.
