[Resolved] Samsung — Build quality issues and Samsung is rejecting the warranty unnecessarily | |||
I am facing LED screen issues within 5 months of purchasing Samsung LED 32" Smart TV. The screen has got damaged internally without anything being done and samsung is happily classifying it as physical damage and straight away rejecting the warranty and this way they have entered new line of business which is mostly into the servicing of their own product which gets damaged within warranty period and not providing any warranty. Very cheap products from samsung nowadays. Samunsug is making customer liable for their internal product damage. Very bad tricks from Samsung. The Technicians are continously rejecting and making there best efforts to classify the issue under physical damage and trying to reject the warranty so that they are insisting customers to pay extra 10, 000 for the repair.
