Samsung — Cashback not received after raising ticket also

My ticket number is 1760408
I raised a concern on 15 th October. Still now I dint receive any reply from samsung side.
I brought samsung s6 lite tab from official samsung website using my Hdfc credit card. They mentioned 1500 instant cash back. But I dint receive any cashback back. Please do give my cashback.
