It was apparently not cooling and everything in the freezer has started melting.The problem as told to me by the engineer was that the defrost cycle was not working. He asked us to switch off the refrigerator for a period of 12 hours. After that he just came and switched it on again. That is it!! The problem was solved.For this I was billed Rs. 449/- The issue did not depend the service persons expertise also and for this is was billed so heavily.
