Samsung — Complain against Samsung services | |||
I requested at samsung customer care at[protected] for ac indoor unit dismantle, service and reinstallation, and received the call from service engineer, he told me rs1150 will be the charge, I said ok and engineer visited and dismantled the indoor unit and service and reinstallation was left as some renovations at that wall was goin on, he charged complete amount(rs 1140), and said balance work will be done whenever I will call, I asked whom to call and i[censored] don't come as ur charging the whole amount now, he said u have the bill receipt, now when I am calling Samsung customer care nobody is coming for installation, I called them atleast 5-6 times in 7 days, horrible horrible service from Samsung, and their executives are so rude, I have so many Samsung appliances, but will never buy again and would never suggest anyone to buy it.
