Samsung — Complain Against your Service Center | |||
Dear Sir, I have a very big Problem with your technical staff and customer care and service centre provider also... Because My samsung split ac (Samsung Air Conditeners Model No. AS242 ETB No. 0119PPPZ300004 and 0118PPIZ300284) is not working properly till now. Else i complaint to your costumer care no. on 4/4/2015, then they send a mecenic to help and then. When he cames he said that in your ac condition minimum 7000 Rs. is loss of you if you paid that amount then your ac will be ok. So as its consern i am giving 3000 Rs in advance of your sales team member on 5/4/2015. then they take my ac and after two days they return it and cut off Rupees 700, but yet my ac is not working now. And then since 5/4/2015 i will trying to call your costumer care, they not came and said that in your ac maximum 17000 rupees is expences. But now there is no result of my complain... plese help me as soon as possible otherwise i would have to go UPBHODTA FORM and also CRO . and all responsibility is yours.
