DEAR SIR, I WAS SUBMITTED THE PHONE AT YOUR SERVICE CENTER ON 11/01/2015 SUNDAY COMPLAINT NO IS [protected] . AND THEY SAYS THAT YOUR PHONE IS READY TOMORROW EVENING . BUT 5 DAYS OVER AND THEY DID NOT REPAIR IT . AND ALSO 2 TIME CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAYS WAIT FOR 2 DAYS YOUR HANDSET WILL READY AND ALSO THEY CALLED ME . NO CALL NO MAIL .DAILY I HAVE MAIILED DAILY I HAVE CALL ON CUSTMARE CARE .THEY FAKE PROMICES FOR 2 DAYS 3 DAYS 24 HOURS NOW I WANT MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . SERVICE CENTER GUY SAYS THEY CAN NOT REPAIR THIS IS TECHNICAL FAULT. I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATE WITH SAMSUNG SERVICE NOW I HAVE TO MAKE A ACTION I WILL BE A CASE ON SAMSUNG . TODAY 8 DAYS OVER AND NO BUDY INFORMING ME WHATS GOING ON WITH MY HANDSETS . CERVIVE CENTER GUY FRAZ SAYS THAT I CAN'T DO ANY THING YOU CAN TALK WITH HIGHER ATHORITY BUT THEY DONT GIVE ANY NUMBER THEN WHERE I CAN CONTACT ? I WANT MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
