Samsung — complaint against installation of ''40''inches samsung led tv

With due respect I purchased two LEDTv of40"&32"respectively in the month of December because I have heard a great deal about Samsung company but my all aspiration were shattered down and I was very much disappointed by the poor service of the company. My 32" LEdTv was installed well in time but as far as 40"tv is not installed till date. The worst is that we have been asked to pay Rs1700 for its installation as it is already installed in their record. When we complain service centre they assure us it would be installed within days but this hide and seek is still going on for last couple of months. Now my latest reference number is [protected]. This is my last hope now and I am quite sure u will take needfull action and won't dissappoint your customer and oblige Yours regular customer, Ranjit singh Jamwal
