Sub: Complaint against Samsung 7562 Galaxy S Duos IMEI NO [protected] It is respectfully submitted that I, Rabinder Setia aged about 70 years Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen received gift from above said Mobile from Sh. Arun Kumar who Purchased it amounting Rs.9400/- from JAIDEEP ENTERPRISES Opp. MSD School, Hanuman Chowk, Bathinda on dated[protected] After a few month this mobile not worked properly. When I contacted dealer, He sent it to Samsung Service Centre. Samsung Service Centre told me that for repair of this mobile Rs.7000/- will be charged. I told them that this mobile is within guarantee period and I also showed them copy of bill and warranty card. This is absolute mockery and pure Injustice against me because the mobile is still under warranty period and having a guarantee period. I request you to arrange either replace the Mobile with new one or refund my money otherwise I have to approach the Court for justice.
