I had purchased Samsung A50S on 28.01.2020. From last fifteen days my mobile was getting switched off automatically and after one or two housr it was getting automatically operated and was operating nicely and i was able to do work on it and all things were ok, but problem was that it was automatically getting stopped. Today morning Again at 10.00 am my mobile got stopped, so at 11.00 am I went to Sapphire Services, Dadar (authorised Service Centre for Mobile) for showing my mobile. It was informed to me that mother board of the mobile is to be replaced and it will cost me Rs.8900/-. They had taken service charge of Rs.177/- from me and I have paid to them. I refused to change the mother board as it was found costly to me. At 11.30 am my mobile got start automatically, but on screen it was showing nothing. It is found that they have replaced my display as I refused to change the mother board. Till morning till 10.00 am the display was ok and how suddenly after going to service centre the display is not showing on mobile. I am making complaint that Sapphire Services had replaced my display which was working till morning. You are requested to kindly take appropriate action against Sapphire Services, Dadar East, otherwise you will lose good customers and no one will visit your authorised customer service centre. No one will keep faith on Samsung Products if such type of cheating is done with customers and harassment done to the customers. Was this information helpful? |
