I have purchased a mobile handset “ Samsung M21” on 31st July 2020, within 1-month time the mobile started following problems
1. Heating ( Phone’s backside was heating a lot)
2. Charging (lots of time was taking in charging)
3. Touch not working” some time and sometime doesn’t work.
When I visited at Samsung customer care for the above issues, they are denying to repair it under warranty. Samsung care is considering the Mobile damage where no such damage is there.
Samsung care staff intentionally trying to recover money from customer by taking plea of minor scratch in day to day.
Samsung delivered a technically faulty mobile handset and trying to hide its fault.
on 5th Sept 2020, first i have visited for the same problem at Kotla Mubarakpur Service Centre, where Samsung care asked to wait for 15 days as they don't have the parts.
since 15 days time was too long, I visited at 2nd service center in Safdarjung Enclave. Team at this center is very irresponsible and always work to recover money from costumers.
all the 3 problem in mobile phone can not be due to scratch.
I requested to get the mobile testing done by 3rd person or any other way but entire Samsung team is making decision on basis of photo uploaded by their executive on website.
Regarding the same matter I have requested their Country head & service head but no such response.
I am attaching the 3 Photo & 1 Video for reference
1. 2 Photo for showing the image of which Samsung team is saying that the phone is damage where nothing is like this.
2. Video of my other phone where its screen was damaged but the same is working fine from last 1-2 years, which is a proof that Samsung team is just taking plea and trying to recover un ethically.
Request you to help to get my phone repaired under warranty or replace the faulty one or refund as this is technically faulty mobile by Samsung.
