[Resolved] Samsung — complaint not resolved last 15 days | |
Dear samsung team, How many times do i call your customer service? Your ceo desk office said we will work on it. What type of work??? This is not a technical issue.. I don't know how many people suffer from your samsung customer services. This type of service is not acceptable from an international brand. When i purchase this tv i only think the samsung service is better than the others. Now i think local brand service is better than you.. My request is not resolved till date. Past 4 days i called your customer care. Every executive said please wait 24 hrs. Which type of clock your team used??? Ceo desk said we will call you by today (22nd aug 2020) 1:00 pm but no one called me. I request samsung to please solve my issue urgently. Was this information helpful? | |
