[Resolved] Samsung — COMPLAINT REFRIGATOR NEW ONE | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring your kind attention to a complaint registered for my new Samsung Refrigerator Model No RT42HDAGESL/2014……… which I have bought on 18th September 2014 from Bismi Appliances Thodupuzha.invoice no 212216 I already have registered a complaint on 5th November at your Customer Care Center as advised from Bismi Appliances.(ref no [protected]) The problem is that the freezer section of the refrigerator completely have frost formation everywhere even through its vents. The containers and the contents everything is full of frost as one could see in an old manual defrost refrigerator. First of all, I thought it is a normal case as I’m unaware of the new frost free system. However, when my sister who is also using a Samsung one, brought to my notice that this is a system defect since mine is a no frost or frost free one. Anyway, further to my complaint, two guys from Service Section Kochi visited and checked my refrigerator who cleaned it up completely and asked me to wait and check after three days. However, again the freezer section found full of frost as before. They took photographs of the same to be shown to the management. (Photos are attached for your easy reference) In between I made many phone calls and even contacted your Chennai office as requested. Now I have been asked by the Service Section Kochi to switch off the refrigerator one day long for them to open its back cover for repair and check which I can’t allow at any cost. I don’t want a defective refrigerator to be repaired and keep. As it is very new and still under full warranty and guarantee coverage I could only compromise for a complete replacement. As a customer, please understand my situation and also note that this unnecessary phone calls and visits here and then doesn’t solve my problem but only create waste of time for both o[censored]s. Therefore I kindly request you to look into this issue very urgent and serious and replace me with a new one. Awaiting your quick reply.
