Reg. refrigerator rust at the bottom

I purchased refrigerator of model RR2115TCAPX/TL, product serial 09394ZAF103445D on dated[protected] and taken extended warranty on[protected] and end on[protected]
Recently my refrigerator was rusted at the bottom and same was complained to our customer care, they engaged service engineer Jagadesh, he taken photos and told that action will be taken within 24hours from your vizag service outlet some person called and advised me to apply coconut oil on the rust part . I don't know how oil will restrict rust and after my 2nd complaint, vizag service outlet again called and asked me to bring my refrigerator to your workshop at vizag for tinkering and painting and they will cost rupees 3, 500/- i don't know what is the purpose off samsung smart warranty
Today morning received a call from your service center, visakhapatnam regarding my opinion for repair . I told them it is not possible for me to do as they said, then they told they will close the complaint at their end
By all these i am unable to understand the pioneers of home appliances like samsung company is behaving like this with their trusted customers . In my opinion rust to a iron is like a cancer to a human body .so, if the article rust within 24months what about the trust of your company goods .so please think and do justice to the customer by replacing old one with new, otherwise i am go to consumer forum for justice
