Samsung — Customer and Technical Service Issues | |
Product has been purchased on 12th may through amazon. On 21th Oct 2021, Refrigerator had an issue and have raised complaint on the same. Next day 22nd Oct technician came and said condenser is not working. On 23rd another technician came and replaced the condenser and said it will start working in 4-5 hrs but same not happened. I called customer care on 24th Oct and they said 25th Oct senior technician will visit, but that also not happened, When I called on 25th, they raised complaint no service request or anything and there raised of 24th Oct. Till now I have not received any complaint number in SMS or EMAIL Was this information helpful? | |
