I gave my product (tab 2 P3100) for service, which was not switching on. After the service, the staff returned it back claiming they had fixed the issue and updated the system software. I paid the service charges. But, I found software update was not done and even I couldn’t charge the set. Later I found the problem is with the data cable not with the set. I returned to the service centre to enquire about this mal practice, now they changed their stand that they had fixed some hardware. When I asked about the billing details, they even refused to provide bill. This is the fraudulent act.
