My handset of model Samsung A31 was suddenly recognised with the problem of non charging few days back, thereby I found it preferable to submit it to the nearest service centre to repair it, My phone was left with 1 month of warranty, I handover the phone to them, after enquiry they informed it was due to the leakage of some liquid and thereby they considered it to be a physical damage but I couldn't find anything, there was no physical damage moreover I totally handled it with care the phone was making problem of its own, the liquid leakage was of its own, Whatever I submitted the phone to the service centre (Vaishno Telecom, Chandannagar Hooghly) on 10th of June, 2021, They said me that they will call after repairing it within 3 days, Almost 15 days have passed whenever I gave them a call they used to say we will call you back with the status of the phone 2 hours later, but till now never I received a single call from them, this is the harassment a customer has to face with the service centre, After almost 15 days I am still ignorant of the status of my phone, don't know whether it is ok or not.
