My Samsung Galaxy J6 mobile phone's display pixels ink started to spread on the screen, although phone was working good, no display breakage, no hanging problem, no blackout problem and any other physical damage.
So, I visited Samsung Mobile Repairing Center (C-34, 1st Floor, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201002) to replace the display for which I paid 3500INR. But after display replacement hanging problem, screen blackout, power button and volume buttons problem started in my phone.
I revisit the service center and explain the problem with a video that I am facing and now this time the Samsung representative told me to replace motherboard and demand money for the same but when I asked him how it became faulty after display replacement even when It was good before the repairing. He became furious and started using abusing language and misbehaving with me and refused to repair my phone.
Samsung it's your fault totally, your service engineer was incompetent who made my phone's motherboard faulty and that customer representative also not a human being.
Samsung I simply need my phone's motherboard and display replacement as all this harassing me. Otherwise as a customer I also have other legal options. Was this information helpful? |
