Samsung Customer Service — Not attending my complaint for Side to side door fridge | |||
I was facing problem with my Side to side door fridge since for water leakage. so i called up Samsung Customer service to lodge a complaint. I am a working lady so i requested the engineer visit after 6:45 pm, however engineer argued with me that he cannot come at that time. So I have to to do adjustments and be on time as per his preferrences. He said switch of fridge for 24 hours and it will be fine. I did that activity and since then my fridger is not working at all before that it was working however their was a leakage. I called up again on 27th Jan for the same that fridge is not working again engineer said he cannot come after 6:45, so i again had to call up customer service to caomplain regading the same. finally one engineer came and he said their is gas leakage problem so someone else will come to fill gas. since then i am calling up regularly but no help at all. on top oof that i received a sms from samsung stating Dear Customer, the repair service has been cancelled as the cost was not approved by you. This is very frustrating and disgusting. i need your help to resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||
