Samsung — Damaged Microwave Delivered | |
I have purchased a Samsung Microwave from Samsung Website. Purchase Date: 6th Nov Delivery Date: 12th Nov Complaint raised: 13th Nov I have made over 12 calls to customer care, posted on Twitter, support email, posted online, service india head and even CEO. They asked for images and i have given them all pictures + invoice and also engineer's report who came to install. multiple follow ups but no response. Product cost: 14600 INR. Please help resolve by either getting a refund by returning this or replacing with new one. Was this information helpful? | |
