Manufacturer's name-samsung india pvt.Ltd. Distributor's name- fundamental electronics pvt. Ltd. (Samsung smart plaza) Product name- samsung side by side refrigerator rs 21hstpn1 600l I, bikash jaiswal, had purchased the above mentioned refrigerator on 24.04.16.When it was delivered at my place i noticed a defect in the product.I had asked for replacement and had even complained for quite a number of times in the company's support help as well as to the dealer but even after lodging complaints they have arrogantly turned a deaf ear to this and not responded back.Please look into the matter and help it get replaced.
