[Resolved] Samsung — damaged screen of my phone samsung a30s | |||
I purchased samsung a30s on 12th june from a reknowned vendor near my place. Within one month, its charging port was not working. I went yo samsung store to replace it. Now, after all that, my phone started having a black spot without damage done by me. Now my full screen is not visible and samsung customer centre is telling me to pay inr 4600 for the damage which i have not done. This is unfair on samsung's part. Its a new phone. Its been 2 months only and such kind of issues are not acceptable. I will not pay for the screen and samsung should take care of this wherein consumera do not have any mistake of being a loyal customer and still getting such blunder issues in their mobile phone.
