We have Ordered One No. 1m 08cm (43") TUE60 4K Smart Crystal UHD TV43TUE60 on 16th October 2020 . The TV was delivered on 21st October 2020 and the Packing was Opened for installation by Service Engineer from your Authorized Service Centre Tvs Electronics . The Service Engineer informed us that The TV is In Damaged Condition(Dead on Arrival) and asked us to send a request for Replacement we have registered a complaint through customer Care and the Ticked ID is1775670 but no action taken till today and again one more request we have raised 1778785 which has been closed saying "Hope we have resolved your issue" without taking any steps to resolve the same. Is this the way you support customers ?
We completely lost the trust we have on Samsung and this is a good learning for us not to buy any product from Samsung App shop which is completely not worthy.
