I have purchased a Samsung a5 on 11th April but after 3-4 days I realised that there is something wrong with battery.i visited to store but they didn't help me then I visited to Samsung store and they refused to change my phone..and the bad thing is through hr person is sanjay gandhi...he doesn't know how to treat customer.see I am very upset only because of 8 day they don't want to help me..I will not buy anything of Samsung. ..its a request please change my phone...It s a matter of 22000 rs .
