Samsung — Defect in newly purchased samsung galaxy m31 | |
Dear sir, I had bought the Samsung Galaxy M31 last year through Amazon. Almost after one year we got some problem in the phone and took it to Samsung Service center. Then we came to know that mother board is not working and asked to replace it. They said its chargeable as Warrenty period got over. We complaint about it on Samsung Facebook page and got the call from their call center and they asked to submit the phone again to service center. After that they replied that it was already opened outside before so we can't do anything, u will have to bear the cost. This was something I felt so bad as it was a new phone and we never took it outside for repair as if we wanted then we could have gone to samsung only as it was new phone and under warrenty .. it was a false statement made by them. I genuinely felt so bad on this incident and felt cheated. I have been using samsung phones from last 15 years but after this incident I genuinely lost the faith in samsung. I will surely share my experience with as many as people and as many as online platform and will aware the people on this. Never expected such kind of experience with highly recognised international company. Was this information helpful? | |
