Samsung — Defect in the phone and service center is not responsive | |||
Hi Team, I have purchased my Samsung Note 10 lite and while talking on the phone the screen display has gone. U have visited to the Samsung service center they just said that there is a impact damage without checking the phone and said it is out of warranty and it is chargeable. If this is so convenient to deceive the customer just by saying that there is a impact damage. Like if while talking on the phone also the damage happened then what is the phone is for? I am right now very not having any kind of trust on Samsung then. This is absolutely unacceptable. @samsung @sunil dutt please look high action on this kind of behaviour of the service center. I have shared the phone number and other details but the fact is that they have already saying that there is a impact damage. My question remains the same that while talking over the phone if this happens then what is the purpose of the phone. It definitely have some defect and I want Samsung to please take action and provide me either the refund or repair my phone.
