[Resolved] Samsung — Defective phone | |||
I brought Samsung Glaxay Duos not even 2 months back. Within 2 weeks, the phone started giving problems in charging. it would give message o[censored]sing a compatible charger. However would charge sometimes I went to shop where I bought the phone..however i was told to contact service centers After much efforts I was able to locate a service provider (NUMBERS OF SERVICE CENTER IS WRONG ON COMPANY WEBSITE!!!) I gave my phone for repair and i was assured that i would be given a call back once phone is ready. After a week I called up service center to enquire, i was told I should get the phone back in 2 days...however after 2 days when I called I was said quite rudely that I would be informed when the phone is ready. I contacted Samsung Helpline, who assured me that they would help me and promised to call back but no call back happened. After 3/4 days once again I called helpline and was again assured of call back. However haven;t heard till now. Its been more than 2 weeks(4 Oct i gave my phone) my phone is with service center and no news at all It is causing a lot of emotional trauma, also considering the fact that despite buying a new phone...i am using an old phone and above that no information/update at all. Now I demand a compensation for all the troubles that i had to go through and a NEW PHONE Was this information helpful? | |||
