Samsung — Defective product received and no replacement even after 2 months | |||
1. Product was ordered online from Samsung Store app. 2. I received a defective product 3. Went to service center and was not much of a help. 4. They took 1.5 months to give me a DOA (Dead on arrival certificate) 5. I was informed "A new product would be sent to me and I have to hand over the DOA to them" (Validity of the certificate was 7 days) 6. Now they have taken back the old defective device and neither I have received any payment nor they have replaced the product. 7. I have been waiting patiently for past 2 months, called customer care almost every day and sent several mails including Service Head. All efforts are in vain as no one is responding..
