Samsung — Defective Product Received | |
I Satyam Kumar bought Galaxy Buds Live on 26th Sept 2020. I received defective product. I visited service center on 1st Oct 2020 and submitted the product and got the new buds on 8th Oct 2020. Again, it was defective and even more defective than the first one. I complained on 9th Oct 2020 which is the 13th day but I cannot get proper reply from you. After that, I called today customer care but they told me that I won't get DOA letter because the device is crossed 14 days. I also called service center but they didn't help me.
