[Resolved] Samsung — Defective set | |||
I have purchased a samsung 32" LED TV having model No. 32F5100 and S/No. MQWG3PBD306794. on dated 29.10.2013. Just after two months, its panel becomes defective. I have lodged my complain through your customer care . My panel has been changed on 03.01.2014 and assured me that such type of problem does not occurs in future. On dated 02.10.2014 again the same problem occurs. I have again lodged my complain through customer care and my panel has been again replaced. I have requested to your customer care that please told your service centre to check the set properly, so that such type of problem does not occurs in such very short time. But my request has not being taken seriously and your service centre has not given proper response on my request. I again request you to please check the set properly and if it found defective replace by new one.
