Samsung — Defective supply of goods and non availability of spare | |
I have purchased samsung 55 inches LED curve Tv during the year 2018. Two months back there was a problem with the monitor. The images suddenly stareted roling upside down and finally only audio was working and the monitor was completely blank. I immediately lodged a complaint with customer service cell and a service engineer attended the problem the next day. Without even opening the tv system, he told us that the problem will be with the screen only and it was supposed to be changed and he added that for that particular model, spare is not available with the company. I confirmed it with the customer services and they also told me that spare for that particular model is not available. You just imagine the situation of a consumer who bought an expensive television from a top branded company which eventually failed to serve its purpose within a short span of 3 years and even if the consumer is ready to change the spare, it is not available with the company. The company had supplied a defective good and hence you should make good the losses suffered by me Was this information helpful? | |
