Samsung — Delay in Refund Of Excess Amount Charged By Samsung without my permission | |||||
I had bought a Samsung Galaxy watch 3 for an amount of Rupees 29, 291/- on the 20th of May 2021 but I was surprised and shocked to find out that Samsung had charged me Rs.33, 291/-( rupees 4000 excess!!) from my Axis account fraudulently. I have written several times to Samsung India on email about this fraud but nobody has responded till now they just keep giving me new ticket numbers and are not addressing the serious matter. I have also talked to Samsung support telephone line several times but all I keep getting is sorries from a different agent everytime and false promises that they will refund my money immediately. I have been robbed of rupees 4000 in excess to what was to be charged from me by Samsung. To make the matter worse they are avoiding the issue and nobody is addressing it because it is a huge mistake by a mega corporate like Samsung India. I will take this matter to the courts and expose Samsung and its managers in India who are totally incompetent. I have emailed screenshots and proof of everything that has been going on in this matter and will press charges against Samsung India if no one calls me in the next 48 hours and resolves this issue immediately.
