[Resolved] Samsung — delay in submitting handset | |||
This is G UMA MAHESH, , I purchased GALAXY GRAND2 hand set in the month of may 2014 recently display problem arised..i took to CUSTOMER CARE CENTER IN RAJAHMUNDRY ON 10th of november till now i did not get my hand set they show negligence in repairing I AM TOATALLY DISAPPOINTED DUE TO THIS SERVICES MADE BY THE EXCUETIVES IN SHOW ROOM THEY SIMPLY SAID WE DID NOT GET SPARE PARTS FROM CHENNAY BRANCH HOW MANY DAYS WOILL IT TAKE TO SEND PARTS FROM CHENAAY TO RAJAHMUNDRY ? I AM NOT SATISFIED TO USE THE PRODUCTS OF SAMSUNG IN FUTURE I SHOULD NOT PURCHASE ANY KIND OF SAMSUNG PRODUCT AT ANY COST DETAILS OF COMPLAINT DISPLAY PROBLEM TAKEN ON 10TH NOVEMBER REASON FOR DELAY SPAREPARTS NOT RECEIVED I HOPE PLEASE RESPOND FOR THIS COMPLAINT AND RECTIFY IT IMMEDIATELY G UMA MAHESH[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
