Samsung — Delays in mobile service | |||
Dear sir, I have deposited my mobile (Samsung A50) for repair on 6th September 2021 on Samsung service center in Shimoga (Pin Code 577201) karnataka. The attending person check the mobile and said the mother board damaged and take 4000 RS advance and promised me to return the mobile within one week. Unfortunatly even after 22days and my repeated visits till today the mobile not repaired and their response they still not received the spare parts. Due to such long delay wherein the mobile was used by daughter studying 8th standard for online class are disturbed. Samsung is an international brand and such big company has to maintain customer satisfaction and fulfill the promise. There fore I urge concerned person to take immediate action to solve this issue.
