Samsung — DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AND SENDING SOME UNKNOWN PERSON | |||
I bought Samsung Ref. no. RT31YVMS in 2008. Since December'14 it is not working properly. I made a complaint in Dec.'14 one service engineer came and did something. it started working but not properly cooling. Again I made complaint and on 2nd Feb'15 Mr. Praveen a service engineer came on 2nd feb'15 and did some repairing and assured that it will be work properly. Again cooling was not there, Again I made a complaint and again Praveen came on 25feb'15 and told that one its part is not working he will bring and changed that. he did the same and charged Rs.913.00 After two days again I notice it is not working I made a complaint, I was told that they will send some senior engineer to check what is the exact problem because Praveen was not checking it properly and every time he said the some part is at default. To my surprise on Monday one fellow enter in my house and told me that your fridge is not working. He came when I was not at home. My daughter was alone in the house. She thought samsung must have sent this person. When she range up and I ask the fellow how did you come when I was not at home He told that Mr. Durga Yadav has sent him. He confirmed that he is not samsung person. To my surprise when I am continuously following up with Samsung only for the last three months, how can an outsider know that my refrigerator is not working and come to my house without informing and confirming me. My current complaint number is [protected]. I want Ms. Komal Mehta who is organizing the visit of service engineer to look into the matter immediately and take action on whosoever the person who has leaked this information and send some outsider which involve a high risk.
