This television was purchased from Vijay Sales (Opera House Branch) on 6 August 2020,
Invoice No: OH-A-SIF730 since then the product as faced malfunctions twice
(1) During installation when the engineer started the set up image displayed was like X ray, the engineer mentioned that there is a fault in the product and to contact Vijay Sales however he rectified the issue by taking help from Samsung support.
(2) Malfunction of Main PCB on 31 Oct 2020, was replaced by Samsung engineer on 4 Nov 2020.
Since the purchase in August 2020, I have witnessed two malfunctions with the product which has caused dissatisfaction and losing trust in the brand (Samsung). Samsung who is well known to deliver quality assured products and an excellent service to customers is now just become a quote of trade to sell products and does not look like the brand even means what it proudly says. I have been a valuable customer of Samsung with most products in my house are purchases of the brand however with this dissatisfaction I am losing trust in Samsung.
I hope you listen to my concern and will wait to hear for a positive response from your sides. One more thing buying a new tv and experiencing malfunctions is not what a happy customer wants, warranty and free of cost servicing is not either. If we are paying the price of the product please ensure you deliver quality and not just fake quotes of excellence. Was this information helpful? |
