I, Bratati Dhar Choudhury have lodged 1st complain on 22nd july 2014, at your cutomer Care. The service centre at guwahati, ulubari-781007 visited my place on 24th july. The service engineer checked the 2ton AC and told me that censor is not working, he will replace it whenever the part is available. On14th August the gentleman came and changed the censor and he was paid Rs.800.0 for the bill he charged on the pad of the Samsung Customer Service Record Car but still it is not working. I have called him many times over phone on his personal No.[protected] given by him but he did not bother to visit my place till date. I have lodged another complain on customer care on 31stAugust (complain no- [protected]) still now nobody has bothered to visit my residence or call me for the service.
