We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. This is to inform you that we tried contacting you on “[protected].” on “12th September” at “5:50 pm” and [protected] at _quot 5:51_quot pm but your both numbers are coming swtiched off due to this we were unable to reach you. In order to resolve your product’s issue, we are in touch with our “Technical Team”. Performance of handset depends on various factors any third party application, memory card or Software glitches may cause the trouble. Kindly perform the following steps tom overcome the issue:- 1) You can check the handset performance in “Safe Mode” of your handset. Device can be booted up in the safe mode to check if the problems with the device are being caused by some applications added newly or not. &gtMake sure that your device is turned off. Press and hold the Power/Lock key to turn on the device. Dear Sir/Madam,
I PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND 2 GT -7102, IMEI NO. *353202/06/052193/2* AND *353203/06/052193/0 PHONE PAYING 18900 ON 12.08.14 FROM RAIGARH .
1) THE PHONE DEVELOPED INK BLOTTING ON PHOTOS. HANDED OVER THE PHONE TO AUTH SERVICE AGENY ON 01.12.14.AND FURTHER VIDE ACK THEY SAY ITS DUE TO MISMATCH OF REAR CAMERA WITH BODY THEREFORE SO ENABLE TO CAPTURE PHOTO WHILE TAKING A PHOTO THAN AFTER THIS PICTURE GETS ZOOM THE PHOTO NOT SEEN CLEARLY VISIBLE .
2)THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE, BREAKAGE OR EVAN A SCAR ON PHONE TILL DATE. THIS CAN BE VERIDED BY THE FORUM.THE DEFECT IS DUE TO MISMATCH OF REAR CAMERA WITH BODY . WITH OUT AN EXTERNAL DAMAGE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR INTERNAL DAMAGE.IT IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I WILL BE TAKING LEAGAL ACTION FOR MY LOSS AND DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE. COMPANY MAY BE ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT, OR ATLEAST REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE PART FREE OF COST. THEY ARE DEMANDING SOME RUPPES FOR REPAIR.IT IS INJUSTICE TO ASK PAYMENT DURING WARRANTY PERIOD. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS PROBLEM AND RESLOVE THEM OR EITHER GO FOR CONSUMER FORUM .BECAUSE I AM LOT OF PROBLEM FACING AND HARASSMENT FROM HANDSET OF SAMSUNG MOBILE AND I M SUFFERING MORE PROBLEM AGAINST THIS ISSUES AS WELL AS I CAN NOT COMPLETE MY WORK WITHOUT CAMERA BECAUSE MY WORKING OF NATURE DOCUMENTATION
