[Resolved]  Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Cheated by Samsung Showroom Dealer

Dear Sir, I got cheated by your Coimbatore showroom dealer who made a false promise that the wall mounting accessories will be given free based on which I decided to buy this TV. Irrespective of repeated requests to your dealer and customer support executives, the wall mount accessories for this TV is not supplied yet saying lame excuses. Since I am living in a rented house and house owner is not willing to drill the wall, I want the accessories which can be mounted on my new house that is getting ready after one year. I request your immediate action on this matter. If you are unable to provide the accessories, please take the TV back. Rgds, Rajeev
