Hi I have received a Samsung Product( Microwave Oven) with a defective Glassbowl. I have raised a request with Customer care and from last one month they said they are looking into it but no response so far. The query reference for the same is [protected]. I have received the below reply from Samsung CEO desk almost from last 7 times.
